Deposit
We do require a credit card deposit for appointments made:
1. Less than 6 hours in advance
2. When booking any spa service.

Cancellations & No Shows:
We do require a 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

Because we made sure to keep that time just for you,
it's important that you let us know if you can't make it.

You will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled charges
if you call to let us know less than 24 hours in advance.

If you haven't given us any notice at all,
you will be charged the entire scheduled amount.

Running Late?
Please call to let us know at 310-204-2236. We only run late when you are late. If you are running more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, chances are we will either need to reschedule or your appointment time will be cut back and services will be lost. Please try to be on time, or plan to leave 15 minutes earlier. Los Angeles traffic is unpredictable, but we are all aware of this. NEW CLIENTS, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, as you will need to fill out paperwork. Thanks!

Missed an Appointment?
If you miss an appointment and did not call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, you will not be booked for an appointment again unless a valid reason is given for your absence.

Walk-ins:
We do try to take our regular and current clients on very short notice.
