It is that time once again when Queen Bee Yoga has fabulous new changes!!
As from NOW we have a BRAND NEW SCHEDULE!!!!!
Queen Bee has spent time looking at the Yoga schedule to work out what would give you the best Yoga for the best deals.
NEW CLASSES -
Intro to Yoga
This is a 45 minute class which will give you an all round understanding to what Yoga is all about. This class is perfect for beginners who are slightly afraid of taking a Yoga class and would like to know more. Or you could be a yoga practitioner who would like to learn more about Yoga! This class is paid on donation basis and on sunny days will be held in the glorious Queen Bee garden.
Power Yoga.
Power yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Power yoga does not follow a set series of poses and emphasizes on strength, flexibility and the flowing with the breath. A Great Workout!
Due to its high demand, Beginners Ashtanga Yoga will be on Monday evenings as well as Wednesday evenings.

Sun - 3-3.45pm INTRO TO YOGA with Ally, Chrissie and Amy
5.30-7pm Vinyasa Flow class with Chrissie
Mon - 12.45-1.45pm Lunchtime Flow with Chrissie
8-9.15pm Beginners Ashtanga Yoga with Ally
Tues - 6-7pm Gentle flow with Amy
8-9.15pm Power Yoga with Chrissie
Weds - 12.45 - 1.45 Lunchtime Flow with Chrissie
8-9.15pm Beginners Ashtanga Yoga with Ally
Thurs - 8-9.15pm Power Yoga with Chrissie
Friday - 12.45-1.45pm Lunchtime Flow with Chrissie.
Sat - 10 - 11.30am Modified Ashtanga with Ally
